Frank R. Webb Architects was commissioned to program and design a two-story 28,000 sq. ft. medical office building on the site of an existing medical office building along Arrow Highway in San Dimas. The building was designed with a connecting courtyard to enhance its relationship with the existing medical office building, while maximizing site parking and circulation. The aesthetic quality of the building was developed as a modern response to the early California style of the existing medical office building and the context of the city of San Dimas. The building contains space for X-Ray Rooms, a Pharmacy and Eye Services on the first floor. The second floor consists of office and exam spaces for the departments of Family Practice and OB/Gyn. The project also includes an expansion of the lab function currently in the existing building.
