Fernando has been with Frank R. Webb Architects since 2015. He received his Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planningand his Master of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. As the top-ranking graduate student of his class, he was the recipient of the AIA Henry Adams Medal and Certificate of Merit.

Taking advantage of the opportunity to study in Asia and Europe while attaining his education has exposed him to an array of cultures and experiences that have formed his understanding of architecture as a physical manifestation of who we are as individuals and who we are collectively as a culture through compositions of organized spaces and forms. As he continues to travel, he aspires to further develop his understanding of the world and the role of architecture through new opportunities for exploration.

Select projects he has worked on include the Murrieta Medical Office Building, Torrance Transit Park and Ride Regional Terminal and the Marina Beach Improvements.
