Luis joined FWA in 2007 after graduating from Otis College of Art+ Design. He is experienced in all phases of design through Construction Administration. His latest projects include working as a Job Captain on an eight story façade remodel in the city of Bellflower and a Beach Improvement project in Marina Del Rey that included picnic shelters, restroom building, and promenade.

Hand drawn illustrations have always been a source of inspiration for Luis, for him there will always be an attraction to the physical elements of a work of art versus viewing it as a facsimile in digital form. He believes that architecture is a manifestation of this idea as one designs physical environments that create visceral experiences for people using these spaces.
